About The Role 🖥️
The VIP Consignment team at Vestiaire Collective provides a premium, white-glove selling service for high-value clients, handling everything from wardrobe curation to pricing, storage, and logistics.

As a VIP Consignment Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with VIP sellers, drive business growth through client acquisition and retention, and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a deep understanding of luxury fashion and a passion for sustainability.

What You'll Do 👜
 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to drive retention, repeat deposits, and sales growth
• Identify and onboard new high-value sellers through personal networks, business development initiatives, and referrals
• Conduct at-home wardrobe appointments, curating luxury items and providing expert guidance on pricing and selling strategies
• Manage client inventory to optimise listings, ensuring fast sales and maximum profitability
• As as a brand ambassador, representing Vestiaire Collective at events and fostering partnerships to expand the consignment business

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with high-value clients and representing Vestiaire Collective professionally
• Deep understanding of the luxury market, including brand knowledge, pricing trends, and the needs of discerning sellers
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, managing multiple clients, appointments, and inventory efficiently
• Excellent communicator, confident in liaising with both external VIP clients and internal stakeholders to drive business success
