Description:
Key responsibilities include:
- Conceptualise, design and create various types of visual content, including but not limited to social media graphics, school publications, advertising materials, email marketing content, website features and video.
- Plan, shoot, produce and edit content, build a robust multi-platform video strategy for future content, and champion the role of video within the group.
- Deliver online and offline activity ensuring key messages/initiatives are consistent, on-brand, on budget, and on time.
- Develop and maintain the company's brand identity across all visual communication channels, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design and video production, sharing knowledge and skills with the wider team
- Contribute own ideas and design artwork to add impact and visual strength to the quality of the original brief.
- Regularly suggest and present new ideas to the marketing team to stay current and fresh and drive innovation.
- Work closely with the Directors, Heads and Admissions team to ensure alignment of messaging, approach, and priorities.
- Measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics.
