We are seeking a Visual Designer with experience in both digital and print in a collaborative environment. This role requires creativity, high visual standards, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach. Strong organisational and project management skills are essential. A strong understanding of best practices within digital and motion graphics is a major plus.

Responsibilities:

• • Create and execute a high level of digital and print design across internal and external channels.
  • Maintain consistency and elevate the visual standard of the Quit Genius Brand
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort evaluating a diverse array of assets to ensure they're in line with brand standards.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, specifications, and timelines for inter-team.
  • Articulate the design process to other designers, partners, and stakeholders, and manage collaborative relationships.
  • Generalist skillset, with a strong graphic design background and a proclivity for typography and layout. Experience in videography, animation, illustration, and/or 3D design is a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience in visual design
  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps, and other prototyping tools
  • Skills: creative design, motion graphics, visual design, editorial, typography, digital design, social media, creative thinking, branding identity, art direction
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and aesthetics
  • Ability to present concepts and communicate thought process
  • Track record of operating independently and without oversight
  • Familiarity with 3D and animation (preferably with Cinema 4D)
  • Experience with Figma as a prototyping tool
