Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for all aspects of warehouse and goods-in operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Load and unload delivery vehicles by hand or using a forklift truck.

• Pick, pack, and process customer orders promptly while meeting daily operational targets.

• Maintain high standards of health and safety and cleanliness in the warehouse.

• Support the business’s commercial and sales functions by ensuring timely order fulfillment.

• Monitor and manage stock control systems, contributing to efficient inventory management.

• Respond effectively to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Forklift Truck (FLT) license – essential.

• Proven experience working in a warehouse operation.

• Good understanding of stock control processes and warehouse management systems.

• Working knowledge of Google Suite and SAP systems is advantageous.

• Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent).

• Self-motivated, flexible, numerate, and literate, with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines and adapt to changing workloads.
