Description:
MSCI Inc. is seeking a highly experienced professional to join as Wealth Segment Lead EMEA. The role is focused on supporting the Wealth Segment leadership team in developing and executing the strategy for the Wealth client segment across the EMEA region. This position involves acting as a key client segment relationship manager and collaborating across multiple business functions including Client Coverage, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Corporate Strategy, Research, and Technology to drive growth and strengthen MSCI’s positioning within the Wealth ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Wealth Segment leadership team in strategy development and execution across EMEA.
Act as the main relationship manager for Wealth Managers and the broader Wealth ecosystem, including Asset Managers and platforms.
Collaborate with Coverage, Pre-Sales, and Product functions to identify regional needs, address product gaps, and align product priorities with client demand.
Serve as a product champion, ensuring Coverage and Pre-Sales teams are updated on evolving product offerings.
Work closely with Coverage on client targeting, engagement, product demos, and consultative sales processes.
Drive research agendas, contribute to thought leadership, and provide insights into market trends.
Develop training material to expand knowledge of the Wealth Segment across MSCI.
Contribute to regional-specific marketing plans to raise MSCI’s relevance in the Wealth market.
Participate in senior-level meetings, presenting strategies and business updates.
Build partnerships and relationships within the WealthTech space to expand opportunities.
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum of 10 years’ senior-level experience in Wealth Management with deep understanding of sector operations.
Expertise in asset allocation, risk management, and quantitative analytics tools, with strong multi-asset class knowledge.
Proven track record of building successful global Wealth Management businesses.
Strong product management and commercialization skills, balancing product creation and execution.
Large professional network within Wealth and ability to develop new relationships.
Consulting experience in target state architecture and Wealth Technology operating model design.
Experience with private assets is an advantage.
