Description:
We are looking for a well organised Web Content Publisher to oversee content publishing of our consumer facing websites. This someone will collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure content meets website & app standards and deadlines.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, publishing, UAT testing, ticket maintenance, SEO optimization, digital asset management, and CMS processes.
Basic knowledge of copywriting, web publishing as well as content and digital asset management systems is required.
What you'll do

- Work cross-functionally to create digital content aligned with our business goals
- Develop and manage timelines for the end-to-end process from intake of request, receiving copy and images, loading into CMS, and publishing to the site
- Maintain/improve overall site health, including link maintenance, keyword optimization, ADA compliance, core web vitals
- Ensure workflow remains nimble and updates are handled quickly and efficiently
- Review reported content issues and implement the fix or work around
- Identify CMS and content related bugs and submit tickets to the technical team
- Follow brand guides and site style standards
- Follow guidelines provided by SEO manager
- Provide feedback to optimize content and performance by evaluating traffic
- Keep up-to-date with digital trends, best-practices and generate new ideas to improve content engagement
About you

- 2+ years of experience in a professional role, creating content (marketing, other) across multiple content mediums (e.g., blogs, videos, etc.)
- Successful cross-functional collaboration across teams including developers, UX, Design and business leads
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects, assignments, and content launches
- Adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Understanding of content governance best practices
- Can communicate issues effectively with web developers
- Has a strong attention to detail; sets a high standards
- Likes to solve problems and thinks outside the box
- Adaptable/resilient and knows how to handle the unexpected
- Organized and able to navigate competing priorities
