As a Web Designer, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and a team of four seasoned professionals to bring visual concepts to life. You will be entrusted with full-cycle design responsibilities, from initial ideation to polished final deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

• Own design briefs and execute them from concept through to delivery

• Develop creative solutions across various media including branding, digital campaigns, print materials, and social media content

• Simplify complex messages into engaging and visually appealing designs

• Work closely with senior designers and team members to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand identity

• Confidently present design concepts and explain design rationale

• Stay abreast of emerging design trends and apply them thoughtfully to projects

• Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality output under tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a design role (in-house experience preferred)

• A diverse and well-curated portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital, and print design

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva; familiarity with Figma is an added advantage

• Strong grasp of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy principles

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Effective communication and ability to take constructive feedback

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented personality

Nice to Have:

• Video editing skills for social media content

• Understanding of front-end design principles

• Experience designing web banners and promotional content

• Photography or illustration capabilities
