They are seeking a Wellbeing Proposition Manager to join their Wellbeing Proposition team, a key part of their Protection strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing health and wellbeing solutions that support customers’ physical, financial, and mental health. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to create impactful propositions, ensuring they bring genuine value to customers while driving growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage wellbeing propositions that enhance protection offerings.

• Identify opportunities and implement innovative health and wellbeing solutions.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams.

• Manage external suppliers and partners to achieve business objectives.

• Utilize customer, market, and adviser insights to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product or proposition development from concept to implementation.

• Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.

• Experience working with external partners and suppliers.
