We are a family-run company sourcing, roasting and brewing sustainable coffee from three to cup. Our 100% Arabica coffee comes from our family farm as well as small farms located at high altitud in different producing regions of

Colombia that offer a variety of tasting notes. Having a direct relationship with our farmers guarantees the quality of the coffee we received exchanging constantant feddback on farming practices, processing methods and sustainability to achive oustanding cup profiles.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Account Manager to join our Wholesale team, reporting directly to our Director.

The job involves:

• Responding to inbound sales inquiries
• Proactively prospecting new business and building relationships within the sector
• Overall responsibility for managing wholesale client accounts (orders, training, engineering, general inquiries etc.)
• Provide a first port of call for managed accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and resolving issues promptly and effectively
• Provide clients with up to date knowledge, training, and information on products and services
• Invoicing managed accounts promptly and accurately
• Communication with the roastery team and relaying client feedback on coffee quality and range
• Documenting in line with the correct protocol
• Acting as Colombian Coffee brand ambassador
• Coordinate and represent the company at trade events

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• proven sales experience and knowledge of the Corporate hospitality catering sector with contacts ready to draw upon.
• Excellent sales, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• High level of customer service, rapport building, and relationship management;
• A knowledge of specialty coffee is advisable but not essential. 
• Commercial acumen
• A results-based approach
• Enthusiasm for, and understanding of, our corporate social impact objectives
• A clean UK driving license (desirable)
