This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR data analyst to join our data management team here at Wye Valley NHS Trust. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in using ESR and other workforce systems. You will need to have advanced excel and analytical skills.
You will be able to work in a busy data management department to maintain the Wye Valley Trusts integrated HR/Payroll/Workforce Information ESR (Electronic Staff Record) system - this will include interrogating the systems to produce reports and analyses for both internal and external use, together with staff survey co-ordination and analysis. Attention to detail is paramount for this role and data quality is constantly monitored and accurate Board reporting is vital.
As Data Analyst, you will ensure the integrity and data set of ESR is maintained, and assists with establishment control. Interacting closely with HR and Finance teams, you will have to be flexible, and be able to work using your own initiative.
