Workforce Operations Manager

Description:

The workforce teams are currently engaging in a series of strategic reviews in order to plan how services will be delivered in the future. This role will enable the Heads of Service and operational leads to fully participate in the reviews whilst ensuring the transactional teams have strong leadership to delivery our usual services.

The Interim Workforce Operations Manager will support the delivery of multi-faceted operational services in accordance with service level agreements and will provide support to the operational sub teams who plan and deliver services.

You will predominantly work within the Recruitment Service but may also provide some support to the Temporary Staffing and HR Adviser / transaction teams as required.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable HR experience within a large, complex organisation during an exciting period of change and transformation.
