Talk Consent is seeking passionate and engaging individuals to join their mission to end sexual violence through impactful education. As a Workshop Facilitator, you will play a vital role in delivering interactive, thought-provoking, and empowering sessions to secondary school students across Brighton and Sussex.

This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who believes in the power of education to drive social change and wants to make a direct, positive impact on young people’s understanding of consent and healthy relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate workshops on consent and sexual violence prevention in schools.

  • Present educational content in a positive, relatable, and empathetic manner alongside a co-facilitator.

  • Create a safe and open environment where students feel comfortable engaging and sharing.

  • Gather participant feedback to evaluate and improve workshop quality and impact.

  • Represent Talk Consent professionally as an advocate for safer and healthier relationships among youth.


About You:

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who is passionate about ending sexual violence and has the ability to inspire and connect with students. While full training will be provided, you should bring natural enthusiasm, empathy, and a willingness to discuss sensitive topics with care and professionalism.

Essential Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Empathy, adaptability, and confidence in engaging with young audiences.

  • Genuine interest in issues surrounding consent, relationships, and sexual violence prevention.

  • Reliability and flexibility to work varying hours per month.


Important Details:

  • Pay: £20–£40 per hour (depending on experience)

  • Additional Benefits: All travel expenses paid

  • Hours: Flexible, 5–20 hours per month (based on availability and demand)

  • Start Date: Immediate

  • Location: School sites across Brighton and Sussex
