Description:

Steel Reef is a design-led brand that creates premium, patented accessories for high-end watches. We're looking for a YouTube Face & Creative Video Producer who will bring the Steel Reef story to life across YouTube, Instagram, and beyond. This is a part-time, flexible role where you’ll be responsible for creating stunning video content, including cinematic visuals, product shots, and on-camera presenting.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead YouTube content creation, from filming and editing to on-camera presenting.

• Shoot high-quality product and lifestyle visuals, including macro shots and real-world use scenarios.

• Develop engaging formats, including product explainers, behind-the-scenes, and storytelling content.

• Capture photography for Instagram, product pages, and launch moments.

• Repurpose content into shorts, reels, and TikToks.

• Work independently, meeting deadlines while managing your schedule and creative process.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in videography and photography.

• On-camera confidence or a willingness to develop it.

• Ability to create premium visuals, focusing on lighting, framing, sound, and pacing.

• Curiosity about watches, design, and engineering.

• Self-managed, with a passion for owning the creative process.
