L&D Nexus is seeking a proactive YouTube Growth & Engagement Specialist Intern to help increase our channel’s subscribers, views, and engagement. You will work closely with the content and marketing team to develop strategies, optimize videos, and grow our presence on YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to increase YouTube subscribers and watch time

Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for better discoverability

Monitor analytics to track growth and suggest improvements

Engage with the community through comments and social media

Collaborate on content planning aligned with audience interests and trends

Requirements

Basic experience with YouTube channel management and analytics tools

Knowledge of SEO and video optimization best practices

Familiarity with content trends on YouTube, TikTok, or similar platforms

Good communication skills and ability to work independently

Passion for digital marketing and video content growth

Fluent in English
