Harnham is actively seeking experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants ready to make an exciting international career move to Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-cycle billing role, open to consultants of various experience levels, offering clear routes into senior leadership, both as an individual contributor (IC) and in people management roles. You'll be a key player in expanding Harnham’s presence in the U.S. market while delivering strategic recruitment services across Data, Analytics, and AI verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their technical hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies

• Source and engage top-tier data professionals using a combination of industry knowledge, networking, and sourcing tools

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including candidate management, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding

• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in the Data & AI space, delivering high-level insights and guidance to clients

• Lead business development efforts, secure new accounts, and drive market growth

• Mentor junior recruiters and take advantage of a clear, merit-based path to leadership

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven success as a 360 recruiter with strong business development and client management abilities

• Openness to learning and adapting to new market verticals (Data & Analytics training provided)

• Track record of securing job orders and converting business leads into lasting relationships

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and performance-driven

• Willingness to relocate to the U.S., supported by Harnham’s relocation resources
