Role Overview

The Project Manager will support two or more Global Health Access Programs, which are led by a Global Health Access Director, including the flagship malaria vaccine program and the Neglected Tropical Diseases Program. These programs are managed through an internal cross-functional project team, led by the Global Health Access Director, and through partnerships with external organizations such as Gavi the Vaccine Alliance, and the World Health Organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal project team meeting management (meeting organization, agenda development, minutes) and archiving of documents
• Supporting business plan review and regular progress tracking with the project team
• Management of the program’s risk register, supporting regular team reviews and updates, and preparation for quarterly Risk Management Control Board meetings
• Supporting project budget management by the Program Director
• Supporting activities/processes related to compliance requirements
• External meeting support (meeting organization)
• If the workload allows, supporting the Access Programs & Partnerships Team Lead with select tasks such as compliance monitoring, archiving, team retreats, and ‘above-brand’ projects

Minimum Requirements

• Experience working in a pharma commercial (or global health) environment and familiarity with key functions involved with product commercialization, e.g. supply chain, regulatory, market access, finance.
• Experience providing project management support for complex programs involving multiple inter-dependent workstreams and including work planning, deliverables tracking, risk management, budget reporting
• Experience supporting cross-functional matrix teams and working with multiple functions
• Diligent and highly motivated to ensure appropriate risk management and compliance with business requirements
• Ideally, knowledge and understanding of global public health context
