Our client, one of the largest and most respected Global Production Agencies, is looking for an Account Director to join their team. The role focuses on working with one of their most exciting clients in the entertainment and lifestyle sector, handling bold and creative campaigns with a client who thrives on innovation and high-impact visuals.
As an Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing global B2B and B2C campaigns, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering long-term, trusted relationships with clients. You’ll be involved in shaping global campaigns, ensuring they are tailored to local markets while maintaining consistent strategic messaging across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume, fast-paced productions to tight deadlines.
Handle strategic briefs and ensure delivery aligns with client goals.
Oversee multi-channel campaigns including digital, print, social, press, and activations.
Provide line management for the team, ensuring effective collaboration.
Build long-term client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
Shape global campaigns, adjusting them to local markets while maintaining consistent messaging.
Required Experience & Skills:
Extensive experience in a similar role within advertising or marketing production.
Strong experience in multi-format campaigns (digital, print, social, press, activations).
Previous line management experience.
Ability to manage high-volume projects to tight deadlines.
Proven track record in running successful multi-channel campaigns.
A deep curiosity and knowledge of the client’s sector and business.
