In this role, you will be responsible for both acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts across Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan. You will work with target accounts in the Digital Natives and Commercial segments, partnering with teams across network operations, development, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to meet quarterly sales and annual revenue targets.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expansion (upsell/cross-sell) within your territory.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive engagement and nurturing.
  • Understand customer challenges and match Cloudflare’s solutions to their use cases.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Collaborate with partners to scale the territory effectively.
  • Manage the sales process, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and close.
  • Build strong long-term strategic relationships with key customers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to highlight Cloudflare’s value and explore new opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally to provide customer feedback that shapes product and service improvements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand the full potential of Cloudflare’s platform, including Cloudflare One and the Connectivity Cloud.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, with success in new business acquisition and account management.
  • Experience selling cloud-based or technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, and networking.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts and explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluency in Russian.
  • Experience working in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan is required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
