Description:

SER Group is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join its sales team in the London Area. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a passionate sales professional with solid experience in B2B SaaS and enterprise content management (ECM) software.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business and building strong customer relationships. You will engage directly with decision-makers across various industries, articulating the value of SER’s product offerings through persuasive communication and tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Clearly communicating SER’s services and developing customized solutions for clients.

  • Executing lead-generation campaigns in close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.

  • Cultivating long-term client relationships to promote customer loyalty and retention.

  • Representing the SER brand with confidence and professionalism to support clients’ business objectives.

To excel in this role, you should bring:

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, especially in ECM software.

  • Strong familiarity with complex sales cycles and the B2B buying process.

  • The ability to confidently engage with C-level executives and stakeholders.
