Description:
Figma, a global collaborative design platform, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and maximize revenue with enterprise customers. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with key executive decision-makers, understanding complex business needs, and delivering innovative solutions across Figma’s product suite. This London-based hybrid role offers an opportunity to work with a talented team, learn from industry-leading sellers, and develop a strong professional network.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Apply discovery and value-selling techniques to build strong relationships with executives in new and existing customers (5000+ FTEs).
Align with executive-level stakeholders on business challenges and identify opportunities for enterprise-wide product deployment.
Develop strategic account plans, multi-threading at executive levels to drive expansion opportunities.
Manage a book of business, including account tiering and contraction mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position Figma, advance deals, and ensure customer success.
Strengthen executive-level relationships via in-person meetings and networking opportunities.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven enterprise sales experience in software or SaaS.
Consistent success in pipeline generation for new business.
Experience managing complex sales cycles (6 months+).
Familiarity with sales methodologies that create value for customers.
Desirable:
Experience selling to technical audiences (Engineering, Product, Design).
Adaptability to changing environments.
Certifications in deal qualification and prospect discovery.
