Account Manager

Description:

Creativehood is seeking an Account Manager to represent the company through impeccable account management and client services. As a team leader for Account Managers, you'll ensure that major clients receive top-tier service for all projects. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned clients, planning resources, and identifying opportunities for future growth.

You’ll work closely with the creative project management team to ensure seamless collaboration, fostering a strong understanding of procedures and processes. The role requires agility, professionalism, and the ability to handle difficult conversations with ease.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage account P&L across projects run by the team.
• Produce cost estimates and POs for clients and suppliers.
• Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed.
• Monitor team performance and run regular reviews to support development.
• Oversee internal processes and evaluate ways of working.
• Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure project success.
• Attend installations for large-scale projects, both in the UK and internationally.

Key Attributes:

• Experience in a shopper agency, leading shopper-led projects/accounts.
• On and off trade marketing experience.
• Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and suppliers.
• Proven record of leading profitable projects with high-profile clients.
• Excellent team leadership and managerial skills.
• Knowledge of design, build, and technical materials and drawings is a plus.
• Passion for branding, retail environments, and the consumer experience.
• Creative and willing to contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes.
