REAKT Recruitment Ltd is seeking a passionate and experienced Account Manager to join their client, a leading UK provider specializing in secure document and communication solutions. This organization supports both public and private sector clients with innovative, reliable, and precision-driven services in print and digital communications. As part of their growth strategy, they are expanding their Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of projects spanning print, hybrid mail, and digital communications, ensuring timely and flawless delivery.

• Work closely with production and technical teams to coordinate efforts and guarantee smooth execution of client projects.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, helping grow client accounts and revenue streams.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and outstanding service quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated success in account management within the print, hybrid mail, or secure document communication industry.

• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

• Comfortable and proficient with CRM software and project management tools to track and report on client activities and project progress.

• A proactive, client-focused approach with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
