Description:

Spirit Cartel is seeking an energetic, driven, and spirited Account Manager to join its dynamic team in the North of England. This full-time, remote-based role covers the vibrant cities of Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds. Spirit Cartel is known for its bold and rebellious approach to the premium drinks market, representing globally renowned brands like Four Roses Bourbon, Tito’s Vodka, Worthy Park Rum, 818 Tequila, and Clase Azul Tequila. This role isn’t just about sales—it’s about shaping culture, influencing the on-trade/off-trade landscape, and becoming a true ambassador of craft spirits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow Sales: Actively develop new and existing customer accounts to meet and exceed sales targets. Negotiate and secure commercial agreements, pouring rights, and strategic product placements.

  • Expand Brand Presence: Target high-profile venues and growing hotspots to increase market penetration and visibility of key brands.

  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with decision-makers, bartenders, bar owners, wholesalers, and venue managers to build long-term business relationships.

  • Marketing & Activations: Deliver impactful brand training sessions, support marketing campaigns, and execute activation strategies that highlight Spirit Cartel’s brand portfolio.

  • Market Intelligence: Keep a close pulse on competitor activity, emerging trends, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.

  • Event Hosting: Organize and lead engaging events, tastings, and brand experiences that resonate with target audiences and promote brand loyalty.

Candidate Profile:

  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence

  • Deep understanding of the spirits industry in Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds

  • Demonstrated success in on-trade/off-trade sales and business development

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a results-driven mindset

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and inspire clients

  • Flexible to work some evenings and weekends as required
