What You’ll Be Doing

  • Growing sales volumes across independent and franchised dealer groups, with a focus on long-term relationships and strategic growth.
  • Leading business reviews, analysing KPIs, and implementing rectification plans where needed — including pricing and stock strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Claims, Finance, Marketing, Risk) to deliver a joined-up, best-in-class service to your accounts.
  • Driving product penetration across the full asset protection suite — not just warranty.

 

What You’ll Need to Bring

  • A solid track record in sales and customer account management, ideally in automotive or financial services.
  • Strong commercial acumen — you know how to spot opportunities and turn them into revenue.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills and a process-driven mindset.
  • The ability to juggle priorities, influence stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work at pace.
