Description:

Veeva Systems, a leading SaaS provider for the life sciences industry, is seeking an Account Partner - DACH to join their team. This role focuses on the Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions (Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety) for selected Pharma and Biotech companies. The Account Partner will manage and expand relationships with key stakeholders, win new business, oversee renewals, and deliver innovative solutions aligned with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and ways of working

  • Manage complex sales cycles using internal and external resources

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level

  • Stay current with industry trends and advise customers on solutions

  • Meet or exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets

  • Act with urgency, integrity, and customer focus

Requirements:

  • 5+ years combined experience in sales, account management, and consulting

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas

  • Experience with Life Science Software Solutions

  • Excellent account planning, communication, and presentation skills

  • Business-level fluency in German and English; additional European languages beneficial

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently

Nice to Have:

  • 5+ years account management experience in Life Sciences

  • Knowledge of R&D software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety
