As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s financial health by ensuring timely customer payments, managing account discrepancies, and providing high-quality reporting support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate payment receipt

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments

• Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation

• Generate and issue regular customer statements and transaction reports

• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to reconcile accounts

• Provide support during month-end financial close and reporting cycles

Skills & Experience:

• Prior hands-on experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or financial operations

• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset

• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial software/tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
