Accredited Independent Practitioner

Description:

Onebright is inviting accredited CBT therapists to join their Independent Practitioner Network in Bristol as part of a rapidly expanding community of evidence-based mental health professionals. This role offers the opportunity to deliver therapy services through various modes including phone, secure video conferencing, and face-to-face sessions, providing a flexible and supportive environment for both practitioners and clients.

As part of the network, therapists will benefit from regular referrals, continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities, and access to innovative tools and technology designed to streamline case management. The network is focused on providing high-quality cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and fostering professional growth in the field of mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver CBT therapy for children, young people (CYP), and/or adults in the Neurodevelopmental space.

• Manage long-term and regular private clients with flexibility and autonomy in clinical decisions.

• Engage in continuous professional development through industry-leading CPD opportunities.

• Collaborate with world-class professionals at the forefront of CBT and mental health care.

Requirements:

• Must be a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist.

• Proven experience delivering therapy remotely and/or in-person.

• Capacity to take on long-term, regular private clients.

• Willingness to enhance knowledge and skills in mental health treatment.
