Actuarial Manager

Description:

Aviva is seeking an experienced Actuarial Manager with strong Reserving and Capital Modelling capabilities to play a critical role within its Global Corporate & Specialty (GCS) business. Based in London, this role is pivotal to supporting the integration of Probitas, a Lloyd’s syndicate acquired in 2024, into the wider Aviva operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with Lloyd’s market experience who is eager to take a leading role in shaping reserving and capital frameworks across a growing international insurance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee integration of Probitas within the GCS Reserving and Capital Modelling functions

• Work closely with the Head of Reserving for Commercial Lines and Head of Economic Capital

• Lead collaborative efforts between teams across Aviva and Probitas

• Manage reserving and capital processes, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance

• Build relationships across stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and efficient transition

• Contribute to strategic decisions and improvements in financial modelling
