KXU is seeking a full-time and part-time Beauty Therapist for an on-site position in the London area. The Beauty Therapist will be responsible for performing various cosmetic treatments such as cosmetology, hair removal, laser hair removal, skin care, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service; ensuring comfort and maintaining a professional demeanour.

• Offer bespoke facial treatments tailored to the clients’ specific beauty requirements, promoting beauty skincare products.

• Provide beauty treatments, including facials, skin peels, and body treatments (LPG, Pressotherapy).

• Drive a high level of sales for the department.

• Maintain impeccable standards.

• Be self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge

• Grow the current client base

• Provide exceptional patient service,

• Assess clients' needs and create individualised treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with
• Experience in performing facials either in a luxury retail or spa/salon environment
• Expertise in hair removal and laser hair removal
• Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• An understanding of health and safety practices in the beauty industry
• Ability to work well in a team environment and on an individual basis
• Qualifications in beauty therapy (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Additional certifications (e.g. specialist treatments, lash extensions, etc.) are a bonus
