Description:
We are partnering with a highly respected AJ100 architectural practice located in Central London, known widely for its innovative design ethos and creative excellence. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced, ambitious Architects or Package Architects with between 2 to 5 years post-qualification experience to join their expanding team.

Contribute to the design development and technical delivery across a variety of projects, including Education, Residential, Cultural, Public Sector, and Mixed-Use schemes.
Play an integral role throughout all RIBA stages, from concept and schematic design to detailed design and construction completion.
Demonstrate strong design flair combined with technical strength, ensuring solutions are innovative, practical, and deliverable.
Work closely with consultants, contractors, and clients, fostering excellent communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
Take ownership of architectural packages or components within larger projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Produce high-quality drawings, presentations, and specifications that clearly communicate design intent and construction details.
Apply knowledge of UK construction standards, regulations, and building codes to ensure compliance and feasibility.
Assist with mentoring junior team members and contribute positively to the team’s culture and workflow.
Qualified Architect with 2 to 5 years post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice.
Proven experience working on projects through various RIBA stages, ideally having seen at least one UK project from concept through to completion.
Excellent design and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail and presentation quality.
Comfortable managing client relationships and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with a range of project types, including new builds and retrofit schemes, is highly advantageous.
Proficient in architectural software and digital design tools relevant to the practice.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Competitive salary package between £42,000 and £52,000 per annum.
