- Assisting with the running of a busy yet small cosy cafe

.- Managing customers expectations and delivering a positive experience, whilst dealing and resolving all customer queries efficiently

.- Using creativity to create social media posts and bring in fresh ideas to help improve the business

Required

- Previous experience in a supervisor/management role in a cafe, restaurant or bar environment

.- 2 years hospitality experience
