Assistant Manager

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Assistant Manager at Champagne + Fromage Chester located in the Greater Cheshire West and Chester Area. The Assistant Manager will be a key holder overseeing daily operations, manage staff schedules, ensure high standards of customer service, and handle any customer inquiries or issues. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, implementing company policies, training new employees, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Extensive experience in Hospitality (5+ years in similar role), Inventory Management and maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends & holidays
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus
• WSET Level 2 (required) WSET Level 3 (preferred)
