The Assistant Manager will inspire and develop the store team, ensuring high standards are met and business objectives are achieved. Lead, motivate, and inspire store teams to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including delegation of tasks and effective routine building.
Maximize sales opportunities and ensure operational efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community.
Support the development of team members and nurture a culture of growth and inclusivity.
