We are currently looking to hire a Property Litigation Lawyer with approx. 5 years PQE to join an esteemed law firm in Bristol. The successful applicant will play a key role in handling a wide range of intricate property litigation disputes on behalf of a diverse clientele.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional client service skills, a strong background in ADR techniques, and the ability to effectively resolve complex disputes with a commercial mindset, whether through court appearances or via mediation. Technical proficiency in all aspects of complex property disputes is a must, along with the capability to work independently under pressure. While prior management experience is not required, this role will involve overseeing junior team members.
