Associate Director

Description:

Meraki Talent are recruiting for a Senior Manager or Associate Director to join a Big 4 company in central location in London. This opportunity is suitable for someone with strong experience with Financial Services clientele, and previous Big 4 experience within a similar market to the UK (large, developed market, e.g. Canada, Australia, EU, etc.).

Requirements
 

• Background in Big 4/Top 10 environment
• 7+ years of Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence experience
• currently an experienced manager/Senior Manager
• strong leadership and management skills
• experience of working with Financial Services clients
• experience of large, cross-border deals
• both buy side and sell side experience
• excellent written and spoken English and overall communication skills
• previous experience in a large, developed market like the US, EU, UK, similar
• relevant university education and/or professional qualifications
   

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of Senior Manager/Associate Director include but are not limited to the following:
 

• buy side and sell side assistance on deals
• conducting financial due diligence for financial services clientele
• building and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders
• involvement in business development
• leading and managing your own team
• training and development of more junior staff
