💼 Position: Associate Director – Healthcare Market Research (Mixed Methods)
 
I'm working with a leading global market research and insights consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director to join their specialist healthcare team.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in pharmaceutical market research who enjoys combining hands-on research delivery with strategic thinking, client relationship management and team development.
 
🔹 Lead complex qualitative and quantitative healthcare market research projects from initial brief through to delivery.
 🔹 Act as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical clients, translating research findings into meaningful, actionable insights.
 🔹 Manage and develop key client relationships, identifying opportunities for further business growth.
 🔹 Support and mentor junior team members whilst contributing to the wider success of the healthcare division.
 🔹 Work across a variety of therapy areas and research methodologies within an established international business.
 
What I'm looking for:
 
✅ Strong pharmaceutical/healthcare market research agency experience.
 
✅ Experience delivering both qualitative and quantitative research.
 
✅ Excellent client management, commercial awareness and strategic storytelling skills.
 
✅ Previous experience managing projects and supporting junior researchers.
