ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - LONDON 
The Crowd is partnered with a highly desirable and top tier name in the UK architecture and interiors space recognised for design-led approach. They are seeking an ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR to lead its growing workplace team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture or interior design, with a proven track record leading large-scale, design-led fit-out and high-end corporate workplace projects. You will be a commercially minded leader, ​combining exceptional design ability and attention to detail with an established occupier-side network and a track record of winning new business. Beyond project leadership you will take an active role in shaping the studio’s workplace offering, building key client relationships and contributing to wider strategic and commercial decisions. This is an opportunity to play a leading role in the studio’s growth, establish its position in the high-end workplace market and progress towards Director level, with scope to shape the team, influence its direction and take ownership of a growing sector.
