Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a prestigious Top 200 UK Law Firm. This is an exciting role for a solicitor with at least 6 years PQE, offering exposure to high-profile and complex employment matters in contentious and non-contentious law, with clear opportunities for career advancement.
As an Associate, you will advise businesses, senior executives, directors, and founders across multiple sectors, including financial services, technology, and sport. You will handle matters both within the UK and internationally, covering a diverse range of employment issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload, advising on employment contracts, dismissals, disputes, and business transfers
Draft and negotiate key employment documents such as service agreements and settlement agreements
Offer commercial advice on employment-related issues, including workplace disputes and protection of confidential information
Provide TUPE advice and support cross-border transactional work involving international solicitors
Play a role in business development, collaborating with the Employment team’s Partner and Associate to foster growth
Oversee and mentor junior team members
