Beavis Morgan LLP, a respected and well-established firm of chartered accountants and business advisers based in Greater London, is seeking an ATT Trainee to join their tax team on a full-time, on-site basis. As an ATT Trainee, you will undertake structured training towards the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification while gaining practical, hands-on experience in a busy tax practice. You will be supported by experienced tax professionals and exposed to a diverse range of client work, from individual tax returns to business and corporate tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns

• Conduct basic research and assist in handling tax queries and correspondence with HMRC

• Maintain tax records and client files with accuracy and confidentiality

• Liaise with clients and internal departments for required documentation and information

• Support senior team members in ad-hoc tax planning or advisory work

• Keep up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations as part of professional development

Requirements:

• A degree (ideally in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline) or strong A-levels or equivalent qualifications

• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in taxation

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• High attention to detail and an organized approach to work

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Eagerness to study towards the ATT qualification (support will be provided)

• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
