Audit Senior Manager

GW Risk Limited is currently hiring a highly experienced and ambitious Audit Senior Manager to join its Global Accounting and Advisory Group based in London. This is a hybrid position and offers an exceptional opportunity to fast-track your career with a clear path toward Audit Director (£140k base + RI support) within 18 months and Partner level (up to £180k base + equity worth £250k+) within 3-5 years.

This role suits dynamic audit professionals with strong UK-based SME practice experience who are ready to contribute to the firm’s strategic growth and evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit assignments for a diverse range of SMEs, OMBs, VC/PE-backed corporates, and non-listed multinationals

• Provide strategic advisory services alongside traditional audit functions

• Oversee and grow the audit team in London as part of the firm’s succession planning

• Deliver client services with a focus on strategic advisory – including areas like company formation, international expansion, tax, capital raising, and listing strategies

• Collaborate with partners to expand and deepen the firm’s client portfolio

• Influence and define firm-wide growth strategy with multi-million-pound investment backing

Qualifications & Requirements:

• ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent

• UK-based audit experience is essential

• Experience working with corporate clients of £2 million to £100 million turnover

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients and leading audit teams

• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills

• Experience from a 2 to 10 Partner UK firm highly desirable

• Eligibility to work in the UK; visa sponsorship and visa clawback payments are offered
