Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills, with a proven record in team management
• Demonstrated experience in algorithm development
• A genuine interest in innovative technologies and their practical applications
• A degree or equivalent experience in a subject with substantial mathematical content
• Prior experience in algorithm research, product development, and support is advantageous.
• Experience in collaborating with external partners.
• Technical knowledge or domain expertise in areas like Command and Control, Dynamic Systems, Sensors, and Autonomous Systems is highly beneficial.
