Backend Developer

Description:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving your team to success, supporting the full software development life cycle, and engaging in hands-on coding. You’ll work with a wide range of technologies such as Scala, .Net, Java, C#, Salesforce, ReactJS, Docker, Azure, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver solutions using Scala, Java, .Net, or C# across the full software development lifecycle.

• Engage in both front-end, back-end, and integration system development.

• Implement customer requirements for new features and contribute to the overall solution design.

• Plan workflows, optimize processes, and ensure quality assurance.

• Collaborate with your team daily for sparring and solution development.

• Mentor junior team members and assist in project delivery.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• 4+ years in the IT industry with full-stack or backend experience.

• Expertise in Scala, Java, .Net, or C#.

• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.

• Experience in developing and delivering major IT solutions.

• Mentoring or team-leading experience is desirable.

• Familiarity with agile tools and techniques.

• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.

• Ability to travel to client sites across the UK as needed.

• Right to work in the UK is required.
