Description:

Smith's of Wapping, a reputable and bustling seafood restaurant located in London, is hiring an experienced Cocktail Bartender for a full-time on-site position. This role requires an enthusiastic and skillful bartender who is comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on dispense service and occasional lounge duties.

You will be working closely with a tight-knit team, serving mostly regular clientele, and helping ensure smooth operation of the restaurant bar. The ability to multitask, maintain a professional demeanor under pressure, and deliver excellent customer service is essential.

The typical weekly schedule consists of 3 double shifts and 2 single shifts, totaling approximately 45 hours. Flexibility during busy periods is appreciated.

Eligibility Criteria:
