Malmaison is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join the team at Hotel Du Vin in Henley-On-Thames. This is a permanent, part-time role offering 30 hours per week, ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant and historic hospitality setting.

The hotel, a stunning reinvention of a Georgian building that once served as a brewery for 300 years, boasts 43 elegant bedrooms, a 64-seater Bistro & Bar, and 3 private event spaces. It is situated in the idyllic 12th-century market town of Henley-on-Thames, famous for its Royal Regatta and charming riverside atmosphere.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering a dynamic bar experience, serving a wide variety of wines, spirits, and cocktails. You will engage guests with your expert knowledge and personality, ensuring every visit to the bar is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a lively and engaging atmosphere.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the drinks menu, including wine varieties and cocktail recipes.

• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.

• Contribute to a team environment and support your colleagues in daily operations.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Strong passion for hospitality and drink service.

• Experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred.

• Solid understanding of wine varieties, spirits, and cocktail preparation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Enthusiastic, energetic, and a team player.
