The role involves shaping the analytics and optimisation agenda within the global Business Development and Marketing (BDM) function at Linklaters. The manager will drive data-led strategies, foster innovation, and support global growth by delivering strategic insights and steering optimisation initiatives.
Provide strategic insights and lead analytics and optimisation initiatives supporting global BDM objectives
Foster a data-driven culture by collaborating with analysts, stakeholders, and decision-makers
Develop robust monitoring frameworks to evaluate marketing campaigns and business development activities
Translate data into actionable strategies to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
Use advanced analytics tools to create dashboards and reports that empower firm-wide decision-making
