With over 4,500 employees, 26 creative studios, and more than 5,800 supplier partners across 64 countries, HH Global empowers marketing campaigns with unmatched procurement leadership, advanced sustainability practices, and innovative solutions.

As Global Account Director, you will assume responsibility for driving account development, delivering contracts, and building strong stakeholder relationships across four regions for a newly secured global client in the Beverage sector. You will play a pivotal role in developing innovative strategies that generate ROI while ensuring contractual, strategic, and operational excellence. This high-profile role demands exceptional leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive transformational programs on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver HH Global’s global account strategy, ensuring alignment across regional account teams.

  • Adopt a client-centric approach, building strong stakeholder relationships at senior and board levels.

  • Oversee financial performance of the account, including budgeting, P&L management, risk analysis, and variance reporting.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that enhance partnership value.

  • Ensure strict adherence to contractual responsibilities, company policies, and compliance standards.

  • Lead and manage a global account team, driving them to achieve strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.

  • Present at board level to internal and external stakeholders with confidence and impact.

  • Anticipate risks and challenges, implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in senior global account management, specifically in the beverage industry.

  • Strong expertise in procurement and marketing services.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing global strategies with local team support.

  • Proven ability to manage complex strategic accounts through transformation and change.

  • Excellent track record of managing large-scale P&L budgets and delivering bottom-line improvements.

  • Experience in leading direct and indirect global teams.

  • Skilled presenter and negotiator, comfortable engaging C-level executives.

  • Strong operational background with a deep understanding of global sourcing and distribution complexities.

  • Demonstrable history of delivering transformational client programs and successful contract management.
