Brand & Events Assistant

THEGATHER is looking for a Brand & Events Assistant to join our growing team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founder of an independent fashion brand and gain hands-on experience across every area of the business.

No two days will look the same. One day you might be preparing for a pop-up, the next creating social content, packing customer orders, coordinating partnerships or helping deliver events.

About the role

You’ll support across:

* Pop-up events and brand activations

* Content creation for Instagram and TikTok

* Ecommerce and order fulfilment

* Customer experience

* Partnership coordination

* Day-to-day brand operations

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has experience in retail, events, marketing or customer service

* Enjoys creating content for social media

* Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Is confident communicating with customers, suppliers and brand partners

* Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety

* Has a genuine interest in fashion, branding and growing independent businesses

Availability

* 2 to 3 days during August

* Full-time from late September until mid-November 2026

* Some weekend availability required during events
