KIN exclusively manage venues across London and deliver a diverse range of bespoke events at some of the capital’s most prestigious locations.

THE ROLE
As Senior Event Manager, you will take ownership of an established portfolio of client accounts, sales opportunities and events, ensuring continuity and maintaining the high standards of service that KIN London is known for. Working closely with the Head of Sales and the wider team, you will manage the full event lifecycle, from generating and converting enquiries through to event planning, delivery and post-event follow-up. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue, protecting profitability and ensuring that all events run smoothly.

The role also includes responsibility for supporting the ongoing development and delivery of Shoreditch Gardens.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced events professional who can quickly get up to speed, work independently, manage competing priorities and confidently take ownership of client relationships and projects throughout the maternity cover period.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least three years' experience in event management. Sales is the focus whilst operations is good to have.
- A strong knowledge of London venues and the wider events industry.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness, including experience with budgets, pricing and profitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
