A certified B Corp, as part of its growth strategy, it is looking for an ambitious, creative- thinking, data-driven and curious BRAND MANAGER to join its London-based team, working within a small but very dynamic team of FMCG marketers. As Brand Manager for its kids’ range, you'll be the strategic guardian of the portfolio, responsible for identifying growth opportunities and monitoring performance across all brand metrics. You'll develop comprehensive annual brand plans, lead integrated comms and media strategies spanning digital, PR and social channels, and manage innovation projects from concept to launch. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll own your products and make recommendations on how to accelerate growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • πŸš€ Developing and leading the brand strategy and annual planning process for your portfolio
  • πŸ“£ Building compelling comms and media strategies that engage and excite consumers
  • πŸ›’ Creating shopper marketing and retail activation plans that drive sales and shelf presence
  • πŸ’‘ Working with the senior team on NPD and EPD projects from concept to launch
  • πŸ“± Overseeing social media & influencer activity to build brand awareness and community
  • πŸ” Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • πŸ’° Manage marketing budgets and P&L performance, ensuring efficient spend and ROI
  • 🀝 Managing external agency relationships, including creative, media and research partners
  • πŸ“Š Using category & consumer insight data to shape strategy and optimise campaigns
  • πŸ™‚ Partnering with different teams to ensure cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • βœ… Minimum of 4-5 years brand management experience working with FMCG brands
  • πŸš€ Proven expertise in building annual brand plans and leading integrated campaigns
  • πŸ“ Passionate about social media, able to deliver organic and paid strategies.
  • 🧠 Data savvy with experience using category & consumer data to drive strategic decisions
  • 🎯 Strong creative thinking skills with experience leading innovation projects
  • πŸ›’ Hands-on experience of shopper marketing and retail activation
  • πŸ’Ό Commercially astute with budget and P&L management experience
  • πŸ‘₯ Track record of managing external agencies to ensure they deliver great work
  • πŸ—£οΈ Collaborative approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • ⚑ High energy and driven - able to work autonomously and proactive in driving initiatives.
