Description:

Keith Spicer Limited, renowned for its expertise in crafting premium tea blends, is seeking two passionate Brand Representatives to enhance the presence of Dorset Tea and other premium tea brands across Dorset and the South West of England. This full-time hybrid role offers the opportunity to work independently while representing iconic and sustainably produced tea brands, engaging with a wide variety of customers and trade partners.

The successful candidates will act as brand ambassadors, managing their own schedules and driving visibility, distribution, and market engagement across independent free trade businesses, cafés, hotels, convenience retail outlets, wholesalers, and potential export markets. The role involves crafting compelling sales pitches that align with the brand’s heritage, values, and sustainability story, as well as collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Dorset Tea and other premium Keith Spicer brands to expand market presence and sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners including cafés, hotels, retailers, and wholesalers.

• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that reflect brand values.

• Collaborate with marketing to create and manage promotional campaigns, branded materials, and sales toolkits.

• Manage your own territory schedule effectively to maximise outreach and growth opportunities.

• Promote sustainable practices and communicate the brand’s ethical sourcing initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Passion for the tea industry and brand growth.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Creative and strategic mindset with an eagerness to learn and adapt.

• Previous FMCG sales, marketing, or hospitality experience beneficial but not essential.
